Outpatient Imaging Center

Tuomey's Outpatient Imaging Center offers the latest in non-invasive testing procedures in a comfortable environment. The center provides an outpatient location for MRI, CT scan, ultrasound, bone density studies and X-ray services - some of the most powerful and commonly-used diagnostic tests available. The center features an open MRI unit, which many patients find more comfortable than the traditional enclosed unit. Housed in a window-lined suite, this open unit is particularly useful for assessing cartilage and ligament damage to the knee and shoulder joints.

The Industrial Medicine and Wellness Program (IMWP)

IMWP offers a "total program" to Sumter-area industries and their employees - helping deliver safer and healthier workplaces in a high-quality and cost-effective manner. The program meets the individualized needs of each employer and provides: treatment and prevention of occupational injury, evaluation and control of health hazards, quality counseling, wellness promotion and assurance of industry compliance with related regulations. IMWP is operated by Tuomey Medical Professionals in association with Tuomey Healthcare System.
