Prepared Childbirth Class
6:30 - 8:30 p.m.
This class provides expectant mothers and partners with information on normal labor and delivery, common complications and interventions, medicines, breathing and relaxation exercises, initial newborn care and postpartum concerns.
The class includes a tour of the Birthing and Women’s centers.
Cost: $40 for four two-hour sessions.
