Provides expectant mothers and partners with information on normal labor and delivery, common complications and interventions, medicines, breathing and relaxation exercises, initial newborn care and postpartum concerns.
Includes a tour of the Birthing and Women’s centers.
Cost: $40 for four two-hour sessions.
