Tuomey Healthcare System uses Press Ganey as their partner to gather patient satisfaction data based on the patient’s experience with us.

A paper survey is mailed to random inpatients over the age of 18. Surveys are also used for Home Health and Hospice.

Press Ganey's survey data allows Tuomey to compare its satisfaction scores to peer groups, e.g., hospitals with the same bed volume, to benchmark their scores.
